Josh Pierantoni joined Denver Wealth Management, Inc. in May of 2024, starting as an analyst intern before joining full-time as a Client Service Assistant.

Originally from Casper, Wyoming, Josh moved to Denver in 2018 to attend Colorado Christian University. Josh studied Business Administration and Accounting as an undergrad student and then continued on at CCU to complete his MBA in the spring of 2024.

While at CCU, Josh competed with the cross-country team. As an NCAA student-athlete, he learned the importance of implementing and remaining dedicated to the right system and having the right team around him while pursuing personal goals. While at CCU, Josh achieved six first-team all-American honors and an NCAA DII Top-Three Team finish. He brings this same discipline and dedication to how he serves clients to help address their financial goals.

It was at CCU where Josh met his wife, Tessa. They married in January 2023 and reside in Lakewood, CO. In his free time, Josh still enjoys running on crisp Colorado mornings, exploring the outdoors with Tessa, and spending time with his family and friends.

Alexander Wimmer

Operations Manager

Alex is the Operations Manager at Denver Wealth Management, Inc., overseeing trading and key operational functions to enhance efficiency and support client and firm initiatives. With extensive experience in financial services, Alex is critical in optimizing processes, ensuring seamless execution of investment operations, and maintaining the integrity of client accounts. His commitment to operational excellence allows Denver Wealth Management's financial advisors to focus on delivering personalized financial strategies, ultimately helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

 

Before joining Denver Wealth Management, Alex spent six years at LPL Financial, where he held Operations and Financial Planning management roles. His expertise in process optimization, financial planning, and leadership contributed significantly to the firm's growth. Before that, he was a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in New York City, providing tailored financial guidance to high-net-worth clients.

 

Before transitioning into financial services, Alex was a professional soccer player, competing in England and Sweden for five years. 

 

Alex, a proud Buckeye, earned his undergraduate bachelor's degree in international relations and diplomacy from Ohio State University, where he also played for the varsity men's soccer team.

 

Originally from Philadelphia, Alex is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountaineering, golfing, backpacking, and biking. He is also an avid traveler who has explored over 40 countries, immersing himself in diverse cultures and embracing new experiences along the way.

Christine Banks

Operations Associate

Christine joined the Denver Wealth Management, Inc. team in 2023 as an operations associate, responsible for assisting our advisors and operations department in trading, account management, and administration.

After several years as an educator, Christine transitioned careers to the financial industry in 2018. Starting with Fidelity Investments, Christine quickly focused her time and effort toward obtaining her Series 7 and 63 licenses allowing her to trade stocks and mutual funds. Christine continued to progress with Fidelity, progressing to a branch financial representative before moving to a local RIA, where she continued her passion for connecting and building relationships to serve clients. 

Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, cooking, collecting tea-time accessories, throwing tea parties, or visiting tea rooms for high tea. She also enjoys traveling locally and internationally and volunteering with her church in various capacities. Christine is known as an avid movie and music buff.

Samantha Cramer

Sami Cramer is the office manager at Denver Wealth Management, Inc. (DWM), where she ensures that clients have a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. In her role, she manages appointments, directs clients to the right resources, and handles various office operations, all of which focus on providing exceptional customer service.

With a career rooted in customer service, Sami has spent several years honing her skills in diverse industries, including the automotive sector and dog training. Her experience working with clients in the fast-paced automotive industry and training and rehabilitating dogs with behavioral and aggression issues has given her a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and empathy. These skills and her organizational expertise make her an asset to the DWM team as she transitions into the financial industry.

Having joined DWM recently, Sami is excited to bring her passion for helping people and her drive for success to the world of wealth management. Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensures that the office runs smoothly and clients always receive the support they need.

Outside of work, Sami enjoys staying active and pursuing her various passions. Whether hiking through the mountains with her dogs, snowboarding, or attending automotive enthusiast events, she loves embracing the outdoors and staying engaged with her interests. She is also dedicated to training her dogs in high-level obedience and dog sports. In quieter moments, you can find her reading a good book or learning something new.

Sami is excited to grow her career at Denver Wealth Management while continuing to serve clients with the same commitment to excellence and customer care that has defined her career since 2015. With her unique skills and passion for helping others, she is poised to make a meaningful impact in the financial industry.

Kaitlyn Stinar

Executive Coordinator

Kaitlyn Stinar is Denver Wealth Management, Inc.’s (DWM) Executive Coordinator, exhibiting our firm’s core values in elevating and ensuring an authentic client experience.  

Kaitlyn began her career as an administrative assistant for a development company directly out of high school, quickly recognizing her passion for organization, communication, and creating relationships with clients.

From there, Kaitlyn transitioned away from development into the financial industry, where she connected with Denver Wealth Management, Inc. in 2016. Since joining the team as a receptionist, Kaitlyn has grown tremendously, working as the firm’s office manager until 2021, when she was promoted to Executive Coordinator. 

Kaitlyn resides in Minnesota but continues to thrive personally and professionally, serving our clients remotely from the North Star State. As our Executive Coordinator, Kaitlyn operates a unique and essential role in our firm, assisting clients directly with many administrative needs and working directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Dan Herrmann. Kaitlyn ensures we achieve the boutique client experience we promise to all clients.  

Outside work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and, most importantly, her two cats, Kitten & Prissy Pants. She likes to relax, often watching the latest Netflix hits, exploring new crafting projects on Pinterest, or having DIY spa days.

Christi Frum

Colorado Springs native Christi Frum has been a securities licensed registered assistant since 2002. For the past 15 years she has served as investment research assistant, customer service representative and general trouble-shooter for veteran advisor Glenn “Buzz” Frum, and in the same capacity for brother David Frum since 2013.

After graduating as valedictorian of her high school class in 1991, Christi left the Front Range to pursue studies in economics at Northwestern University in Evanston (Chicago), IL. Four years later she emerged with a degree and headed to New York City where she worked as a contract administrator in the Business Affairs department of Sony Music Corporation and then as a producer for the online advertising firm Organic Media. In 1999 Christi moved to Seattle where she was the newsletter editor for workz.com, a web site dedicated to small online entrepreneurs.

A couple of years later the Rocky Mountains and family drew Christi back to Colorado Springs. She enjoys living in Old Colorado City, feeding her appetite for history and science, hiking with her dogs Pax and Lucy, and taking the occasional road-trip to other beautiful Western destinations. Professionally, Christi’s grateful to work with family and be in a position to help clients pursue their financial future.

Glenn "Buzz" Frum CLU®, CHFC®

A Colorado Springs resident from 1959-2018, Buzz Frum is experienced in all levels of investment and estate planning. Since retiring in 2018, Buzz has passed his business along to his children, David and Christi Frum, and now resides in The Grand Canyon State, Arizona. He joined LPL Financial in 2008 after a twenty-three year career with New England Financial. In 2002 he won New England’s top field recognition, The President’s Award.

He has conducted numerous seminars with school districts and other PERA employers around the state. He founded the Public Employees Resource Group under New England Financial, which was a team of twenty individuals dedicated to working with PERA members.

Buzz was the first Product Manager for the highly successful Government Securities Trust of Kemper Financial Services, located in Chicago. He later became National Sales Manager for Kemper’s Unit Investment Trust Department, overseeing their $750 million dollar annual sales effort. In this capacity, Buzz conducted training seminars for banks, brokerage firms and insurance companies across the country.
