HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO START INVESTING?

Our people and process allow our team to professionally manage accounts ranging from as little as $1 to millions. At Denver Wealth Management, we are committed to helping families and individuals of all asset sizes. Whether you are just beginning your investment journey or approaching retirement, our team would be happy to compete for your business. Schedule a free consultation here.

ARE YOU AN INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISOR?

Yes. As an independent financial advisor, we have unrestricted use of proprietary products from any specific company. Our advisors have the freedom to recommend the products that we believe are most suitable for your needs.

Our co-founders, Blair Braden, CFP® and Zachary Bouck, CIMA®, opened Denver Wealth Management for that reason—to put our clients' needs first. In their previous roles, Blair and Zachary were constrained to only a handful of proprietary products, creating a conflict of interest—they did not have the freedom to offer their clients the most appropriate products. Thus, in 2012, they opened Denver Wealth Management, an independent financial advisor.

DO YOU ACT IN A FIDUCIARY MANNER?

Yes. Most of our work is fee-based, meaning that we are compensated as a percentage of your total invested assets. As part of that arrangement, we function as Investment Advisor Representatives, and we have a fiduciary responsibility to our advisory clients. That means we are legally obligated to place your interests above our own when we recommend financial strategies for you.

HOW ARE YOU PAID?

We charge on a tiered-fee basis. The tiered schedule means the more assets you have invested with Denver Wealth Management, the lower your fees. Most of our work is fee-based, meaning we do not charge commissions. Our compensation is earned as a percentage of your total invested assets. Thus, our incentive is always to do right by our clients.

WHAT DOES DENVER WEALTH MANAGEMENT DO?

We are a local, full-service wealth management firm. Our experienced team of advisors assists in investment management, comprehensive financial planning, insurance services, and more.

Depending on your current lifestyle and long-term objectives, our team works alongside you to design a tailored financial plan. Then, through our four-step investment process—the Summit Investment Process—we determine how your assets should be invested, take action, and make adjustments as needed. Learn more about us here.

WHAT IS A COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL PLAN? WHO NEEDS ONE?

Comprehensive financial planning is an essential facet of the long-term investing process.

Think of investing like building a house. Step one isn't "grab a hammer and go to work." The first step—and the most critical step—is thoroughly designing the home to include your family's necessities.

When it comes to long-term investing, financial planning is the design element. Our advisors sit down with you and your family, discuss your dreams and necessities, and design a plan to address your future. Schedule a free consultation here.

HOW MUCH DOES A COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL PLAN COST?

When purchasing a financial plan a la carte, prices range from $1,500-$10,000, depending on the complexity of your situation.

When investing with Denver Wealth Management, you will receive a complimentary financial plan, which we update annually.

DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE?

Yes. Providence Capital Partners (Denver Wealth Management) is a Hybrid RIA—we offer broker-dealer services through LPL Financial and advisory services through Providence Capital Partners.

As a dually-registered firm, we can service annuity (insurance) contracts and private placement investments while also offering to manage money for advisory clients in a fiduciary capacity. Learn more about our services here.

WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH LPL FINANCIAL?

LPL Financial is the largest independent broker/dealer in the nation and our custodian for investment accounts. Additionally, LPL offers professional market research, statements and reporting, and regulatory compliance. Learn more here.

WHAT IS YOUR INVESTMENT PROCESS?

Our proprietary, four-step investment process—the Summit Investment Process—involves planning, identifying, examining, and implanting.

Plan: As noted previously, your financial plan is the first step in the long-term investment process.

Identify: Through analytical research of our own combined with that from other leading institutions, our advisors identify the assets classes that we believe will appropriately enhance our investment portfolios.

Examine: In this stage, our team carefully considers a series of metrics for each preferred investment product, including cost of management, performance, risk analysis, and many more.

Implement: Once we have narrowed down the appropriate product, we test your portfolio against a series of potential scenarios (i.e., a recession, oil price fluctuations, inflation and deflation, and so on).
